In one month, we assess your current training, refine your approach, and create a clear path forward — whether you continue independently or move into longer-term coaching.

Includes:

 

  • Custom training plan delivered via TrainingPeaks

  • One 1:1 coaching call to review goals, training history, and current structure

  • Training audit with adjustments to intensity, volume, and recovery

  • Weekly plan refinements based on feedback and performance

  • Email support throughout the month for questions and guidance

Whether you’re training for a specific race or aiming to build consistency, this program gives you the tools to run smarter and stronger.

  • Weekly custom training plans delivered via TrainingPeaks

  • One 1:1 coaching call per month 

  • Tailored workouts based on your goals, pace, and feedback

  • Ongoing plan adjustments based on your performance

  • Email support between calls for questions or feedback
