The Full Story

Ithaca Run Co. was created for runners who want clarity, structure, and a training process they can trust.

 

Too many runners work hard without knowing if they’re training effectively. Sessions blur together, progress feels inconsistent, and running starts to compete with the rest of life. Ithaca Run Co. exists to remove that guesswork and replace it with purposeful, sustainable training designed for real life.

 

I’m Konstantinos, a certified running coach, sub-3-hour marathoner, and founder of Ithaca Run Co. I work with recreational and marathon runners who value structure, thoughtful progression, and long-term development. My coaching blends evidence-based training principles with clear communication and personalised plans that fit around your life — not rigid formulas.

 

I’m a TrainingPeaks Level 2 Certified Coach and UESCA-certified running coach, with additional applied training through the Stazza’s Stable Certified Running Coach programme. My approach is shaped by structured thinking, analytical clarity, and an understanding of how training interacts with busy professional lives. I’m also currently completing the RSPH Level 4 Award in Nutrition to further support runners with informed, appropriate guidance alongside their training.

 

Inspired by the idea of Ithaca as both a destination and a return, the philosophy here is simple: train with intention, understand the journey, and build toward lasting progress. The goal isn’t just faster race results — it’s confidence in your training, resilience through life’s pressures, and consistency that lasts.

 

I help runners train smarter, stay healthy, and become athletes who truly understand their own process — not just follow a plan blindly.
